Intro to Tai Chi (pdf)

This handout is provided at each class. You can view and download it here. It is basic info that will help you remember some of the key points learned in the class.

What Is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is many different things to many different people. Is it a martial art? Does it give you superhuman powers? Is it just for old people in parks?
