Beginner’s Tai Chi

Each class will cover joint warmups, standing meditation, and basic Tai Chi movements.

In time you will learn the entire Yang Style 8 Form along with basic body mechanics found in all Tai Chi styles.

When: Every Monday at 9am and 6pm

Where: ALDIS PARK (West Dundee)

  • No yoga mat required

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

  • No experience necessary

  • Donations accepted not required
