Beginner’s Tai Chi
Each class will cover joint warmups, standing meditation, and basic Tai Chi movements.
In time you will learn the entire Yang Style 8 Form along with basic body mechanics found in all Tai Chi styles.
When: Every Monday from 6-7pm
Where: The Dundee Library (555 Barrington Ave, East Dundee)*
No yoga mat required
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
No experience necessary
Donations accepted not required
*The Community Room is located downstairs past the children’s section.
